Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your return is successfully processed, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary for weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
